Agregex can be used in combination with acetylsalicylic acid (Polocard) to prevent thrombotic complications of atherosclerosis and thromboembolic complications, including stroke, these medicines are used once a day at a fixed time. Available studies did not provide for a 12-hour interval between drugs, so it is difficult to assess whether this affects the effectiveness of this therapy. It is safest to follow the dosage recommended by the attending physician.
