Is dizziness and as if "trembling" has a heart while taking Valzek a cause for concern?

Hello. For a week I have been measuring my blood pressure, the doctor's recommendation. I take 1 tablet of Valzek in the morning because I had a high pressure of 160/90 and higher. The pressure is normalizing for me, now it is usually about 140/80. However, I have a low pulse of 56.58, 60. I feel dizzy and as if "trembling" has a heart. Should I see a doctor or will it pass?

The given blood pressure and pulse values are not a cause for concern. It should be noted that patients at the beginning of therapy should take the drug in the evening, due to dizziness, which can lead to falls. When the pressure stabilizes and the patient does not feel the negative effects of therapy, the dose of the drug can be taken during the day. The antihypertensive effect of the drug Valzek is clearly noticeable in 2 weeks, and the maximum becomes within 4 weeks. At the moment, I propose to actively observe the situation. You can also change the time of taking the medicine. You can go to your doctor if the symptoms described worsen.
