Hello, I chose 1 pack of tafafil 5mg coated tab but lamalem on the field and took 2.5mg per day. Tablets fulfilled their function. I learned from the coated lamamac is not allowed. How to take them? can it be 5mg every second day or maybe a larger dose before the planned activity? Altitivity sex nowadays is not very common. 43 years. M.

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, in erectile dysfunction it is not recommended to take Tadalafil every day. In patients who exhibit high sexual activity, at least twice a week, the lowest dose of the medicinal product may be considered daily with the permission of the physician. Tadalafil is also used to treat other stairs, e.g. in: - placental insufficiency - preeclampsia - premature ejaculation - Reynaud's symptom However, it is an off-label use, i.e. outside the manufacturer's indications.
