In the described situation - if the doctor has planned a certain therapy for you using two drugs - it is difficult to review his decision, even if the dosage is non-standard. However, if the question is whether you have understood the recommendations correctly, you can credibly make sure, for example, by calling a doctor. Most often, if it is necessary to combine metronidazole and natamycin, then the first drug is prescribed orally or sequentially (first one drug, then the second) vaginal therapy is used: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/36446/metronidazol-jak-stosowac-leki-metronidazol-i-pimafucin I attach information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-preparaty-ginekologiczne https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/61826/pimafucin-globulki-dopochwowe/apteki/w-warszawie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/48759/metronidazol-polpharma-tabletki-dopochwowe/apteki/w-warszawie
