Atenolol Sanofi did not contain lactose as an excipient. Nedal contains lactose. When it comes to Atenolol by Sopharma, we do not have a Polish-language leaflet or a translation of the leaflet from the original language. Foreign sources, however, suggest that this drug may contain lactose monohydrate. A patient with a confirmed lactose intolerance should inform the doctor about it so that the ailment is taken into account at the stage of issuing the prescription. The amount of lactose in the drugs is small and should not cause very severe symptoms, but this is an individual matter.
