For @Joasi: Pregna Start already contains 800 μg of folic acid - this is enough folic acid for the time of trying for a baby and the entire period of pregnancy.

Pregna START can be used together with magnesium supplementation. However, an interval between tablets of about 3-4 hours should be used, as zinc may reduce its absorption.
