Does sipping a Belara tablet with cold water affect its effectiveness?
Hello. I always drink the Belara contraceptive pill with still plain water from a jug with a filter. Recently, however, this water is quite cool because it begins to cool down and parents do not smoke in the oven yet. Could this affect its effectiveness? I read somewhere that too low and too high temperatures do not have a positive effect on tablets. Best regards.
