Taking Dorminox once should not affect your body negatively while you are taking Flucorta. Fluconazole is a potent inhibitor of the CYP450 isoenzyme. What does this mean for the Lord? Simultaneous use of medicines - even with an interval of 12 hours (using one in the morning, the other in the evening), can cause an increase in the concentration of doxylamine - the active substance of the drug Dorminox and intensify its effect. Therefore, longer/more frequent use of the drug should be consulted with a doctor. Subsequently, Dorminox should not be used for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor at all. Also, do not exceed the recommended dosage.
