There is no reason to worry. The contraceptive implant is placed deep under the skin and does not move as a result of hugging or pressure.
When it comes to biceps training and other strength exercises, there are generally no contraindications to doing them after the implant is placed. However, it is recommended to avoid excessive strain on the arm for a few days after the implantation procedure to allow time for the surgical site to heal.
However, if you feel pain, discomfort or notice disturbing changes in the implant area, it is worth consulting a doctor.
And if someone hugs me tighter on the hand I have the implant, is there anything that is able to
