Can I transport Parogen and Tramal Retard from Polish to the Netherlands?

You can transport medicines for your own use. If you want to be sure that no one will question the need to transport the drug, it is worth having a certificate from a doctor in English that the person uses the drug and a photocopy of the doctor's prescription / e-prescription printout. Before leaving, you can check whether the drug you are taking is on the list of prohibited preparations in a given area. Such information can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the "Information for travelers" tab.
