Why does the NFZ doctor issue me a prescription for Brintelix without a discount, saying that the system does not allow another prescription to pass?

It is very difficult to answer unequivocally without being the person issuing the prescription and without seeing exactly what message appears "in the system". Possible reasons include the lack of visible insurance or the lack of indications for issuing a discount prescription or the lack of information from the doctor about the presence of such indications in your case (e.g. the lack of an information card from a specialist to a family doctor). Brintellix doctor can only write out at a discount if the patient meets the following criteria: "Treatment of major depressive episodes in adults who have not improved in the treatment of the current episode despite the use of a drug from the group of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or from the group of serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors." If you think that you should receive a discounted prescription, it is best to ask what exactly is the obstacle "in the system" directly to the doctor from whom you receive prescriptions.
