Do not use fluconazole (the active ingredient in Fluconazole Polfarmex) during pregnancy unless your doctor deems it absolutely necessary after considering the benefit/risk balance for your baby. The greatest risk is when using the drug in the first trimester and using high doses of the drug (400-800 mg per day) for a longer period of time (3 months and more).
