When to apply 1 patch of EVRA from the second pack after a 7-day break from withdrawal bleeding? The patches were applied on Thursdays from July 21 to August 4. On August 11 there was a 7-day break. And now my question is whether I should count 7 days of the cycle or 7 days of the week. I applied the patch on the 7th day of the cycle, i.e. on Wednesday. As a result, the day of changing the patch from Thursday to Wednesday has changed. However, should I always apply the patch on the 8th day of the cycle? So now it would always be Wednesday.

If the patches were applied on Thursdays, the new patch should also be applied on Thursday. When applying the patch on the 7th day of the break, you shortened the break to 6 days. This means that from now on you should stick Evra contraceptive patches on Wednesdays. Both during the application of the patches and the break, 7 consecutive days should be counted (exactly 168 hours): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28646/evra-system-transdermalny/apteki In practice, it looks like this: - Day 1 - sticking the 1st patch - Day 8 - sticking the 2nd patch - Day 15 - sticking the 3rd patch - Day 22 - the first day of the 7-day break - Day 29 - sticking the 1st patch from the next package.
