Can I remove the vaginal disc from the fridge for cleaning and then hide it again?

I will clean the refrigerator so together with my mother we will pull everything out of it. Can I pull a disc out of it and then put it back in the refrigerator?

Yes, however, it should be hidden in a possible cool place - not exceeding a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. The drug should be used within 4 weeks.

I use nuvaring, however, in hot weather the temperature in the room is close to 30 degrees. That's why I ask if pulling it out of the refrigerator for 30 minutes I can put it there again?

My guess is that you mean Nuvaring, which must be stored in the refrigerator before being released from the pharmacy. As for the other disc, please clarify the question. However, Nuvaring vaginal discs can be stored at room temperature for a maximum of 4 weeks after release from the pharmacy, so there is no need to store them in the refrigerator if they are applied by you within the next month.
