Is the worsening of acne after 3 weeks of taking Tetralysal normal? Should Tetralysal be discontinued when acne worsens?

If after 3 weeks of taking Tetralysal( I have to take it 7 weeks) acne worsens I have to stop taking it, is this a normal effect?
