Hi I use Ginoring discs that due to the trip I did not take a break of 7 days only immediately after removing the old I put on a new krazek I should howl it on Monday at 20th and today I got as if menstruation Saturday. In this case, should I howl on Monday and put it on after 7 days? Best regards

In the case described, we are dealing with the so-called mid-cycle bleeding, which is not a cause for concern. Please remove the disc according to the scheme, after 3 weeks of use, and put on a new one after a 7-day break. I would also like to point out that the described scheme of using Ginoring without a week's break is perfectly acceptable. However, it is associated with a higher probability of spotting, which has been described. When these bleedings occur rarely, are not abundant and are not associated with pain, they are not a cause for concern.
