Can Simpramol cause weakness, dizziness and tachycardia?

I'm taking Sympramol the second day and I've noticed that I'm very weak, dizzy and have an accelerated heartbeat. Should I stop using the drug or will it pass after some time?

The beginnings of treatment with Symprimol may give various side effects, which, however, most often pass after some time when the body gets used to the drug used. The side effects include the following mentioned by you: dizziness weakness, fatigue (especially at the beginning of treatment) accelerated heartbeat Importantly, the effect of the drug does not appear immediately, but only after 2-3 weeks. If the side effects do not go away, please contact your doctor, who may recommend a dose reduction to begin with. Side effects of the preparation can also be reported to the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products or the Entity Responsible for a given drug.
