In Europe, the drug is currently available in France, the Czech Republic and Sweden. My daughter also suffers from Myasthenia Gravis She took Mytelase now she takes Mestinon and so far it is well tolerated.

please try with Ubredit - I use - the way for the first 2 weeks one tablet a day then every other day (I supplement with mestinone) - I also suffer from myasthenia gravis - I almost did not tolerate mestinone now at ubredicie I started to react to it with the fact that in an increased dose every 5 hours 2 tablets - it is not great but you can live Tomek

The Marketing Authorisation Holder reported that "Sanofi has stopped selling Mytelase in Poland. Patients using Mytelase should contact their doctor, who will plan further therapy, adequate to their individual needs. Sanofi has informed the relevant health authorities of the situation in accordance with applicable regulations."
