The effect of quetiapine (the active ingredient in Ketrel) on fertility in humans has not been studied, while in rat studies a reduction in pregnancy rates has been observed, but these results are not directly relevant for humans. In rat studies, no effect of trazodone (the active ingredient in Trittico) on fertility was observed.
