Why does Trulicity cause side effects?

Well, I also have heart problems. I haven't had atrial fibrillation in 10 years and suddenly after 3 weeks of using trulicity they came back! So it is not as miraculous a drug as doctors would have you believe! All my blood results are normal, hemogl. glik. 7.1 but after the injection I feel really bad!
