Redness after 3 Evra patches?

Good morning today I downloaded my 3rd Patch Evra. This is my first pack. The two previous ones were all right, and when I peeled off this 3 I noticed such redness and I do not know what I should think about it.

Reactions at the site of sticking the patch (slight redness, irritation) are a very common side effect of Evra patches. Please verify that the Evra patch has been applied well. That is: Was the skin clean, dry, hairless and undamaged? Has the patch been applied to areas such as part of the buttocks, abdomen, outer upper arm or upper torso? Didn't the tight clothing rub the patch in this place? Was each subsequent patch glued in a different place on the skin? Were there no remnants of makeup, creams, oils, powders or any other cosmetics or topical medications on the skin before sticking? If the patch causes discomfort or irritation, it can be peeled off and replaced with a new patch elsewhere. Only one patch can be used at a time. Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to assess whether it is a slight irritation or chafing. If, despite drying, redness occurs again, and in addition you notice changes also on the skin under the patch - this may indicate an allergy, e.g. to the glue contained in the patch, then you should consult a doctor to change the contraceptive.
