PESEL alone is not enough to complete an e-prescription or obtain information about it in a pharmacy. The code of receipt of a specific e-prescription is provided by the doctor, so it can be recovered by contacting the clinic or directly with the doctor with whom you had a visit. If you have an Online Patient Account, you can view all issued and completed prescriptions and there are also codes for their implementation.
