Yes, there are no contraindications to taking these drugs. Eliquis should not be taken at the same time as painkillers from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), as they may increase the risk of bleeding. These are preparations containing, for example: ibuprofen (Ibuprom, Ibum, Nurofen), dicolofenac (Voltaren), naproxen (Aleve), dexketoprofen (Dexak), ketoprofen (Ketonal), meloxicam (Mel, Opokan), acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin, Polopyrin). Efferalgan, on the other hand, contains paracetamol, which has an analgesic effect, but it is not a drug belonging to NSAIDs.
