Good morning, is there a possibility that by using a Nova-t copper IUD, when pushing on the stool, I may have pains in the lower abdomen that last for some time?

Prolonged pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen are an indication for medical inspection to assess the correct placement of the IUD. Any symptoms such as additional fever or unusual vaginal discharge may indicate the development of an infection.
