Is the Escapelle tablet taken on fertile days effective and does alcohol weaken its effect?

Yesterday, on the 11th day of the cycle, there was a rapprochement (with a 26-day cycle so fertile days) with a condom, but after intercourse it was visible that the semen got out slightly upwards. 4 hours after intercourse, I took an escapelle tablet. Does a glass of wine drunk after 3 hours and then beer reduce its effect? There was no vomiting. Would a tablet taken again today increase the effect or weaken the effect of the first tablet?
