Can there be abdominal pain after Saxenda?

I have been using Saxsenda for 3 days and today I have abdominal pain (I will add that I am in the process of throat infection) I am also after removing the gallbladder (January 2022) so far I have already had pains that were after surgery - these are similar to those. Should you worry and remove the drug or wait and go to the doctor calmly?
