Can the use of an antibiotic affect the result of a smear on Ureaplasma?

Hello, for 7 days I took amotaxi for cystitis, I have the last two doses left, can I do a PCR swab on Ureaplasme? Should I wait? Due to the ailment, I would prefer as soon as possible, but can the current antibiotic falsify the result? Doesn't it affect this bacteria?

The use of an antibiotic can affect the result of the smear. According to the recommendations presented on the websites of laboratories, it is recommended to wait a minimum of 5 days from the moment of completion of antibiotic therapy.
