Urosal is not the equivalent of Urosept: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81020/urosal-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81022/urosept-drazetki/apteki Urosal it is a drug with the content of methenamine and phenyl salicylate. These compounds exert antibacterial effects in the intestines, bile and urinary tract. After using Urosal, you can expect a disinfecting, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. The drug is used in inflammation of the urinary tract, gallbladder and bile ducts, as well as diarrhea and intestinal distress. Urosept, on the other hand, is a herbal product (it contains, among others, extracts of birch leaf, parsley root, bean fruit, lingonberry leaves, chamomile herb), which is traditionally used to induce a mild diuretic effect. The drug is used as an auxiliary in urinary tract infections and urolithiasis.
