Can Ketrel cause scotoma in front of the eyes, shortness of breath, dizziness and fainting?

Is it possible that a dose of 25mg of ketrel so drastically reduces my pressure that I am weak every evening? I have been taking this drug for some 2/3 weeks and for some time I have scotomas in front of my eyes every evening, it is stuffy and very mole in my head (once I even fainted in the shower). The psychiatrist gave it to me to "calm down and sleep better." For now, it does not help. In addition to ketrelle, I also take seronil 200mg if it has any meaning in my question.
