Hypotension or a sudden drop in blood pressure is not a typical side effect of the antibiotic Zinnat. Nevertheless, it is likely that in your case the drug worked in this way. Therefore, the observed side effect is worth reporting to the doctor. The pressure drop can also be associated with the course of infection itself.
