What to do if you notice a quality defect in Evra patches?
I have been using evra patches for half a year and recently after 4 days I peeled off the patch, I glued a new one and the new one peeled off after 12 hours (I used them and stored them as recommended by the manufacturer) why did this happen? I will add that, after opening another package with the patch, the patch was only 2/3 covered with glue, the remaining 1/3 did not have glue on it at all. I will add that it is 1 week of use and I am already wearing 3 patch

Suspicion of a quality defect of the drug should be reported. The fastest and easiest way to do this is through the pharmacy where the purchase of Evra patches was made. Then the pharmacy has the opportunity to report the suspicion of a quality defect of the appropriate series of the product to the wholesaler and the manufacturer.
