Nimesil contains a drug from the group of NSAIDs - nimesulide with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. In turn, Olfen Uno contains diclofenac - another drug with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, also from the NSAID group. The analgesic efficacy of nimesulide is similar to diclofenac, but nimesulide is considered safer for the digestive system because it has only a minor effect on COX-1.
