Can I use Duphaston for irregular and painful menstruation - is it a hormone-free drug?

Duphaston is a hormonal preparation. It contains didrogesterone - a synthetic hormone, the equivalent of natural progesterone. The drug can be used to regulate menstruation and relieve the symptoms of menstruation (lower abdominal pain, intense bleeding).
