According to current medical literature, there should be no adverse interactions between these preparations that are harmful to health or the effects of drugs. However, it is difficult to propose a specific method of treatment based on such a short description. I encourage you to make an appointment with a pediatrician who will adjust the treatment according to the current clinical condition of the child. Consultation is necessary to determine whether these drugs can be used simultaneously and, if so, whether it is necessary to change the recommendations regarding the timing of their administration.
