Can I combine Magne B6 with Neurovit?

Good morning. My GP recommended Magne B6, 2 x 2. The neurologist prescribed Neurovit, 2x1. I forgot to tell the neurologist about the Magne B6 I was taking. Can I take both preparations? I'm afraid of too much daily dose of vit. B6, which is in both drugs. Thank you.
