Hemorrhoid can fall off after drying. Hemorrhoids may fall off after barron treatment (banding, rubber banding). The procedure consists in putting rubber bands on symptomatic hemorrhoids, which closes the blood supply to varicose veins, causes their necrosis and falling off. If, on the other hand, you use cream or suppositories for hemorrhoids - then the hemorrhoid does not fall off, but can be absorbed.
