Can the pharmacy dispense Rybelsus instead of Ozempic, which is missing?
Hi I have a prescription for Ozempic 0.5. Due to the fact that I miss it, can the pharmacy sell me Rybelsus as a replacement?. Best regards

In response to the great interest of patients, a non-reimbursed drug Ozempic from parallel imports appeared in pharmacies. Unfortunately, the pharmacy cannot dispense you with Rybelsus interchangeably on the basis of a prescription for Ozempic. First of all, Rybelsus is an oral drug, and Ozempic - for administration by injection. These are not pharmaceutical equivalents, and their replacement use should be discussed with your doctor. A new prescription will also be required.
