The drug Depralin, like any drug, has an adverse reaction. Postmarketing cases of QT prolongation and ventricular arrhythmias, including torsade de pointes, have been reported, mainly in female patients, in people with hypokalaemia and in patients with QT prolongation or other heart disease. In the summary of product characteristics, adverse reactions occur most frequently during weeks 1 or 2 weeks. treatment and usually their severity and frequency of occurrence decrease with the continuation of treatment. Cardiac adverse reactions defined as adverse reactions frequency of which is rare or unknown: 1.Rare:bradycardia, fainting 2.Frequency unknown: arrhythmia, QT prolongation, thrombocytopenia, urinary retention, abnormal secretion of antidiuretic hormone, angioedema. All these factors, of course, have an impact on pressure. If there is a significant deterioration in well-being, please consult your doctor. Withdrawal (especially sudden) may lead to withdrawal symptoms: dizziness, sensory disturbances, sleep disturbances, anxiety, agitation, nausea and/or vomiting, tremor, confusion, excessive sweating, headache, diarrhoea, palpitations, emotional instability, irritability, visual disturbances.
