Does Exacyl cause more clots and can it be combined with Euthyrox?

Will there be larger clots after this drug or will the amount just decrease and whether you can take when you take eutyrox

Tranexamic acid (the active substance in Exacyl) stabilises the clot, formed as the body's natural response to bleeding. It is not a thrombogenic drug, that is, it does not form clots. The drug reduces the intensity of bleeding, does not cause clots to be larger. Exacyl can be combined with Euthyrox.
