What should I do if I do not improve after Escitil?

Hi after leaving the hospital I used setaloft 100 unfortunately my condition worsened so the doctor gradually increased to 200 did not bring any effect. It was changed to Escitil (esctil) at the beginning also probably 100 now I have at 200 for over a month at the maximum dose. Also I do not see any improvement what to do visit I have only at the end of the month?

Wait patiently for your next appointment and report to your doctor that there is no visible improvement during the prescribed treatment. As the documentation for Escitil indicates: "The antidepressant effect is usually obtained after 2-4 weeks of using the drug. Once symptoms have resolved, treatment should be continued for at least 6 months to achieve a consolidation of the response to treatment."
