The use of tramadol (the active ingredient in Tramal) with alprazolam (the active ingredient in Afobam) is not recommended. These drugs cause depression of the central nervous system, which can cause dizziness, drowsiness and difficulty concentrating and lead to serious side effects, including respiratory distress, coma and even death. What's more, these are prescription drugs, so you should always consult your doctor about their use and inform him about all other medications you are taking.
