According to current medical literature, there should be no adverse interactions between these preparations, so there is no need to maintain a 3-hour interval between drugs. The concomitant use of an inhaled drug in obstructive airway diseases (e.g. Flixotide) and an anti-inflammatory glucocorticosteroid (e.g. Metmin) is a common practice. The actions of both drugs complement each other, allowing for better treatment effects. The inhalation chamber should be cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions attached. The chamber should be cleaned regularly, at least once a week. After inhalation, wait 30 minutes. before going outside. It is about differences in temperature and humidity of the air, the rapid change of which can cause hyperreactivity of the bronchial tree and bronchospasm.
