With the given dates, the correct procedure should be as follows: - 21.05 - glued 1st slice - 26.05 - peeling off the patch and sticking another one from the spare package - 28.05 - changing the patch to 2nd from the package - 04.06 - changing the patch to 3. from the package In case the patch begins to adhere loosely, its edges peel off or stick out, try to glue the patch again or stick a new patch. Do not use any additional patches, adhesive tapes or bands that hold the patch. Evra patch should be applied to the skin of the buttocks, abdomen, outer upper arm or upper back on hairless and non-irritated skin.
