Gastrotuss syrup is a preparation for chronic administration - there is no fixed maximum duration of use. It works mainly by sourly neutralizing the acidic contents of the stomach, so the improvement should be visible shortly after administration. It does not have any harmful effects on the body, so it can be used for a long time
