The recommended dose is 25 mg (one tablet) of sildenafil per day, taken as needed about an hour before the planned sexual activity. If the patient after using such a dose did not feel a satisfactory therapeutic effect, then he can next time use a dose of 50 mg (i.e. two tablets). In the event that the use of treatment is decided by the doctor, he may recommend the maximum dose, that is, 100 mg of sildenafil (in this case 4 tablets) once before intercourse.
