What weight loss can be considered safe with Saxenda?

I have been using Saxenda for 15 days and I am concerned about the rapid weight loss. Start 90 kg and today 84 kg. I feel constant discomfort, spreading in the abdomen. I feel some side effects but this one is the least comfortable. What weight loss can be considered safe per week? I note that the doctor prescribed me the drug after finding hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's and stage II diabetes

It is believed that it is safe to lose 0.5-1kg of .c per week, but in each person it may look different and it is best determined by a dietitian or a doctor dealing with the treatment of obesity. Saxenda should only be continued if the initial body weight has decreased by at least 5% within 12 weeks of 3 mg/day use. With you it is already over 6%, so it is good that there are effects, but as you have well noticed - a large and sudden decrease may not be good for health, it is worth it to occur gradually. It is worth talking about it with your doctor - about the dosage of the drug and about side effects. It is also worth talking to a dietitian about your caloric demand. Sometimes it is also the case that in patients at the beginning of therapy there is a large decrease, and later the process slows down a little. The most important thing is to treat overweight, obesity, but also to maintain your well-being and safety. Unfortunately, any drug can cause side effects. In this case, in some patients, they pass over time. I remind you that patients can report side effects of drugs to better monitor the safety of therapy after the drug has been placed on the market. Here we explain how you can report an adverse reaction of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
