Concomitant use of sulodexide (Vessel Due F) with rivaroxaban (Xarelto) may lead to an increased anticoagulant effect, which may lead to bleeding. The patient should be monitored for signs of bleeding. If you have received these thrombosis medications from two different doctors, you should not choose one of them yourself, but communicate with the doctors and choose one of them.
