I was given hypertension medication Triplixam 5 mg +1.25 mg +5 mg and Bisocard 5 mg, I have to take them in the morning. What can I take with a sudden pressure surge in the evening? The doctor did not share this information with me, saying that after these drugs I should not have jumps, but nevertheless, I would like to know it, because perhaps after exercise or a meal some pressure jump will happen.

No, you should not use these drugs in this way. Both Triplixam and Bisocard are not intended for emergency use during a sudden increase in pressure. Their action is based on a long-term effect on the body, as a result of which blood pressure is normalized. A single dose increase will not "knock down" the high pressure, and may lead to side effects. I stand by what you have heard from your doctor: taking medication regularly significantly reduces the risk of pressure spikes. If, despite the correct use of medicines, they occur, this issue should be presented to the doctor, who will select other drugs for emergency use. I enclose leaflets of both drugs that you use: Triplixam https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87305/triplixam-5-mg-1-25-mg-5-mg-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka Bisocard https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/12147/bisocard-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka I encourage you to read a short article about hypertension and the drugs used in it: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/nadcisnienie
