What if I removed the 3rd Evra patch 1 day too quickly?

The patch was pulled by me today (3rd patch) and I should do it tomorrow. Should I stick a new one or wait for menstruation and the next stick just on the day when it was downloaded? EVRA Patch

You can either apply a new patch and remove it on a standard shift day or take a 7-day break. If you apply a new patch and remove it on a standard day of change, nothing changes in the pattern of applying the patches. However, in the case of a 7-day break, there is a change of Day 1. You should apply the new patch after a break on the new Day 1: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28646/evra-system-transdermalny/ulotka/107008 Both procedures are correct and ensure the contraceptive effectiveness of the patches. We wrote more about how to use contraception correctly in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
