Betahistin (the active substance in Lavistina) is a histamine analogue and can theoretically interact with antihistamines (such as Telfexo) and affect the effectiveness of one of them. This effect is considered insignificant, but it is worth observing the body's reaction, e.g. whether allergy symptoms have not intensified.
